Dear Friends, Family & Fan;

When paper is free, the homeless use it for toilet paper.

I am writing a bill to law mandating that free papers & handouts
be printed on bio-degradable & hypo-allegiant paper.

The bill will be forward to legislators for rewrite to pass.
